What is the process?

When you submit the application form, we will email you a detailed questionnaire to gather all the information needed to create a website tailored to your brand. In roughly a week, we'll share the design with you and review any changes you'd like. Once finalised, we'll launch the website under a domain we purchase for you. After that, we'll keep in touch regularly to ensure your website stays updated.

Why are the websites free? What's the catch?

We’re running a special campaign to help SMEs get online with a free, professional website. There's no catch. We know that DIY web builders can create a basic online presence relatively cheaply, but these sites often become outdated quickly. Building a website is just the beginning. Ongoing maintenance, security, backups, and website + content updates are crucial and time-consuming. Our service handles all of this for you at just €30/month, allowing you to focus on growing your business while we keep your website up-to-date and secure.

What happens after I sign up?

After you sign up, we will email you a brief form. This form is designed to capture the essence of your business so we can create a website that truly represents your brand.

Can I customise my website?

Yes, you can! We’ll create an initial design and share it with you for feedback. Based on your input, we’ll make the necessary edits and get the website live as soon as possible. You can also request additional edits during our monthly maintenance.

Are there any long-term contracts or commitments?

No, there are no long-term commitments. You can cancel your contract at any time. That said, we’re proud to say we haven’t had a single customer leave us yet, and we’re committed to maintaining that level of satisfaction!

Is the €30/month fee fixed, or can it change?

The €30/month fee covers all the standard maintenance a small business might need. If you require a higher volume of content uploads or additional advanced features, the fee may increase. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to you in advance.
